Business Analyst Intern Please note that, to be eligible for this position, you must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain , remain enrolled until the end of the internship, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university. You must also be available to start the internship in February 2027 and continue participating in the program until June-July 2027 . The Business Analyst Intern supports the Customer Service organisation through structured business administration, operational reporting, data analysis, and AI-enabled improvement activities. This role is suited to an early-career individual who is interested in customer operations, business analysis, and the practical application of AI to improve efficiency, reporting quality, and decision-making. Support business administration activities across the Customer Service function, including meeting coordination, action tracking, document preparation, and follow-up management ~ Assist in maintaining operational trackers, governance records, reporting packs, and service performance documentation ~ Collect, clean, organise, and analyse data relating to customer service performance, including backlog, turnaround time, service trends, and customer experience indicators ~ Support root-cause analysis by identifying recurring themes, performance gaps, and operational issues requiring attention ~ Apply AI tools to support data interpretation, summarisation, reporting efficiency, administrative productivity, and continuous improvement activities ~ Work with internal stakeholders to gather information, validate data,



and support customer service improvement initiatives ~ Contribute to special projects linked to service governance, operational excellence, and business process improvement Strong interest in business analysis, customer service operations, and process improvement ~ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify practical insights ~ Interest in AI capabilities and digital tools that improve productivity and decision-making ~ Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools ~ Studying toward or recently completed a qualification in Business Administration, Business Management, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field ~ Exposure to reporting, data analysis, customer operations, or AI tools would be an advantage Improved visibility of operational data and service trends ~ Contribution to process discipline and documentation quality ~ Paid internship within a general, technology-driven company.
