Responsabilidades

- Build trusted, executive-level partnerships with the CPBO and leadership to steer critical decisions
- Enable fusion of Product and Business divisions through organizational design and cross-functional alignment
- Lead strategic workforce planning with Finance, optimizing design, headcount, costs, and budget adherence
- Oversee end-to-end people cycles (talent management, succession, compensation reviews,



onboarding) for senior leadership
- Identify friction points, align competing priorities, and apply conflict-resolution approaches to maintain momentum
- Coach leaders across levels, boosting effectiveness and leadership capability
- Leverage people analytics and qualitative insights to forecast risks and inform recommendations

Requisitos principales

- Extensive People Business Partner experience in fast-paced, high-growth or tech environments
- Proven track record advising senior executives (VP/C-Level) as a credible peer
- Experience leading reorganizations, mergers, or structural shifts for cross-functional synergy
- Experience partnering with cross-border, distributed teams across Europe with knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence; ability to influence and provide candid feedback
- Solutions-focused, capable of simplifying complexity to deliver high-impact results
- Ability to coach both emerging managers and seasoned leaders on people leadership
- Proficiency with people analytics to build business cases and measure people initiatives
