NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to operate regionally and provide remote technical support to clients. You will identify, diagnose and resolve incidents, driving resolution to meet SLA targets and maintain accurate incident records. Responsibilities include following procedures, using service assurance tools, escalation when needed, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely problem resolution and service recovery.
