NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support, diagnose incidents, and drive issues to resolution. The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, use of service assurance tools, and coordination with clients and suppliers across regions. As an entry role, you will build knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed and other vendor technologies while supporting network infrastructure remotely.
