Key Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and production spaces.

Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal.

Clean and sanitize floors, windows, walls, and surfaces.

Restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, or minor carpentry repairs.

Identify and report any building maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repair needs to the supervisor.

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely.

Assist with setting up or taking down furniture for meetings or events as needed.

Ensure all cleaning and maintenance supplies are properly stored and inventoried.

Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in cleaning and general maintenance is required.
