Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and DS1 AI-powered platform. You will communicate with health care professionals, SUS and FSEs, handling complex technical issues in a integral EMEA scope. The role requires a biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering background, 4+ years of relevant experience, and fluency in Portuguese, English, and Italian. On-call rotation and international travel may be required.
