Operations Customer Expert (Spanish Market)

to support customers of a

well-known general brand . You'll be their first point of contact, in Spanish, from the comfort of your home.

Give empathetic, professional support via phone, e-mail and chat

Help customers with account management, billing and technical troubleshooting

Explain products, services and features accurately

Find the right solution quickly and keep satisfaction high

Meet quality and performance standards

What we're looking for

Full fluency in

Castilian (Spanish)

and

English (B1)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with technology and digital platforms

Empathy, adaptability and attention to detail

Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Availability for

24/7 rotating shifts

(including nights, weekends and holidays)





Compensation (monthly gross, based on 22 working days)

€1,262.33 total gross per month , including Christmas and holiday allowances (paid monthly) and a meal allowance (€7/day)

Or, if you choose the company apartment: €1,259.33 total gross package per month , including Christmas and holiday allowances, meal allowance and free accommodation (valued at €200). Cash portion: €1,059.33

Training allowance: €18.56/day gross, paid for successfully completed training

Contract & conditions

12-month fixed term with a 1-month trial period; permanent after 2 years

40 hours/week (8h + 1h lunch break), Monday-Sunday rotation

22 days of vacation per year (proportional in the first year) + Portuguese public holidays

Accommodation option Live in a fully furnished, company-rented apartment for at least your first 14 months, with all utilities covered. Available only to candidates currently living more than 100 km from the workplace. Employees only, no pets.
