Qualifications

Must-Have

- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant domain
- Strong proficiency in Excel , PowerPoint , and Word
- Strong document analysis and review skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines

Preferred

- Experience in investor relations, investment banking, or financial markets

Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive financial models and investment theses for proposed projects.
- Monitor existing portfolio performance and provide recommendations for optimization and strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including acquisitions, legal, and asset management, to support investment strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on market trends, investment performance, and new opportunities.
- Stay abreast of economic conditions, real estate market trends, and regulatory changes that may impact investment strategies.
- Analyze demographic data, economic indicators,



and local market conditions to inform investment decisions.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against investment objectives.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of investment criteria and processes.

Requirements

- Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or a related field within Servicios Inmobiliarios .
- Strong understanding of real estate capital markets, valuation methods, and investment principles.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a remote setting, managing time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience with various property types (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial) and international markets is advantageous.
- Familiarity with real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other investment vehicles.
- Demonstrated ability to research and understand diverse geographical markets.
