OLX Group in Barcelona (remote) is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the general advertising product end-to-end. You will guide the ad-core stack, drive revenue growth beyond listings, and shape how ads integrate with AI-native surfaces across marketplaces and platforms.

You will work with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Sales to define success metrics and present strategy to executives, balancing monetisation yield with user trust in a fast-moving, diverse, global team.
