Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 platform across Europe. You will act as a technical liaison to HCPs, SUS, and FSEs, providing remote assistance and coordinating escalation and field service as needed.
Idóneo candidates will have strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills, plus experience in operating room environments and a willingness to travel for onsite activities.
