Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on HR practices in Spain.
Collaborate with AI research teams to improve task accuracy and relevance.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
Native or fluent in Spanish.
