About the role
You are the subject-matter expert for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics on our client engagements. You turn business questions into a working CJA setup, covering everything from the data that flows into Adobe Experience Platform to the reports stakeholders use to make decisions. You work between marketing, analytics and engineering teams, and you are the analytics counterpart to Real-Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer. Gather, challenge and specify reporting requirements with business stakeholders, including those who describe outcomes rather than data, and translate them into KPIs, dimensions and metrics. Design CJA solutions and make sure XDM schemas and identity design support them, including downstream BI consumption. Build data views, dimensions, metrics, derived fields, filters, calculated metrics and attribution models, plus the Analysis Workspace projects and dashboards on top of them.
