About the Role
Our client, a leader in AI & Emerging Technologies , is seeking a skilled Natural Language Processing (NLP) Engineer to join their innovative team. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Queenstown, Eastern Cape, ZA , and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects, including chatbots, sentiment analysis, text summarization, and machine translation, contributing significantly to the company's product development. We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background in NLP, a passion for language technologies, and the ability to deliver robust, scalable solutions in a remote setting. Process and analyze large volumes of textual data. Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate NLP capabilities into products. Evaluate and improve the performance of NLP models and pipelines.



2-5 years of hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing engineering. ~ Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with NLP libraries (e.g., Strong experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. ~ Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques for text data. ~ Strong communication skills suitable for a remote work environment. ~ Must be eligible to work remotely from South Africa .
