Perk is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager in Barcelona to optimize our SDR organization globally. You will partner with SDR leadership, own end-to-end SDR processes, and drive AI-enabled outbound and inbound initiatives across the CRM stack.

You will own the tools, data quality, and playbooks, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Enablement to deliver scalable pipeline and high-quality handoffs. This is a senior contributor role requiring strategic thinking and execution.
