Roche is seeking a Technical Lead Assay Development to steer integral diagnostic projects and lead a laboratory team focused on advancing core IVD assay development on the Elecsys/cobas e platform. You will apply deep scientific expertise and drive agile collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in Biochemistry or related field, 5–7 years of relevant experience, and business fluency in English.
