Sanofi in Barcelona is seeking a Workday Digital Product Owner for Absence within the Digital People Services team. You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Time & Attendance solutions globally, configuring Workday Absence Management and coordinating with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Digital teams. Adecuado candidates have Workday Absence certification, hands-on implementation experience, and strong Agile product-management skills. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
