A Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist role with an international e-commerce company, focused on customer support, complex case resolution, cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement. Critical Requirements
* Native/near-native Dutch and fluent English
* Minimum 1 year of fast-paced customer-facing experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Calm and resilient under pressure
* Comfortable working with KPIs and multiple channels
* Based in or near Valencia, with EU work eligibility (no visa sponsorship)
