The role focuses on proactive order management, cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement to support operational excellence and business performance. Responsibilities
* Enter, monitor, and update orders within SAP.
* Manage the entire Order-to-Deliver (O2D) process, from order receipt through customer delivery.
* Monitor product availability and delivery schedules.
* Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and internal functions involved in the process.
* Manage operational issues and related escalations.
* Maintain ongoing communication with customers.
* Support reporting activities and service KPI monitoring.
* Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. Requirements
* Previous experience in Order Management roles, including the operational management of the end-to-end order lifecycle.
* Excellent knowledge of SAP, in particular SD module.
* Fluent in Italian and English,



both written and spoken.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Preferred skills
* 3+ years' experience in multinational companies or structured business environments.
* Knowledge of logistics and distribution processes.
* Familiarity with KPIs and service performance metrics.
* Strong customer focus, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* High level of accuracy, proactivity, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
