Medtronic is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support service and repair journeys for healthcare devices. You’ll act as a trusted partner to customers, coordinating requests and escalations while collaborating with engineers, logistics, and QA in a hybrid Lisbon/Spain setting.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and experience with ERP/CRM systems. Travel is minimal and benefits are provided under a versátil compensation plan.
