eDreams ODIGEO, the world’s leading travel‑subscription platform, is hiring a Legal Counsel – Consumer Law (Hybrid) for its Business Legal team in Barcelona. The role focuses on consumer‑law matters across major European jurisdictions.

Key Eligibility Criteria

- Law degree with qualification to practice in a European jurisdiction (Spain, Germany, France or the UK preferred).
- Minimum 5+years of professional experience as a lawyer, preferably with both private‑practice and in‑house consumer‑law exposure.




- Fluent English; professional proficiency in a second European language (Spanish, German, French or Italian) is a strong preference.
- Strong knowledge of consumer law in the digital sector; travel‑industry experience advantageous.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

- Advise on consumer‑law issues affecting eDreams ODIGEO’s websites, products and services, including the travel‑subscription programme.
- Draft, update and maintain terms and conditions for websites/apps and related products.
- Manage dialogues with public administrations and consumer‑protection authorities across key European jurisdictions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to embed legal frameworks into business practices.
- Maintain internal precedent bank and knowledge‑base documents.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assist with implementation.
- Provide training to team members and business stakeholders.
- Oversee external counsel and manage budget allowances.
