Key Responsibilities

- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budget.




- Coordinate activities among development teams, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks.
- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices.
- Communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements for enhanced team productivity and project outcomes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within software development.
- Proven experience managing projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting and collaborate with distributed teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
