Sika is establishing a regional role to drive and strengthen Customer Order Management across EMEA. The candidate will lead end-to-end COM processes, harmonize standards, and elevate customer service in a complex matrix environment.
Travel about 30% and the role can be based in any European country where Sika operates. You will partner with Logistics, Planning, Production and Sales to align customer expectations with supply chain capabilities.
