In a context of transformation and growth, we are looking for a freelance IT Business Analyst to work on high-impact strategic projects.

- Gather, analyze and challenge business needs in line with strategic objectives
- Identify project opportunities, risks and areas for optimization
- Propose suitable solutions based on the existing ecosystem and market best practices
- Structure, formalize and prioritize requirements (product vision, MVP, backlog)
- Write clear, actionable functional specifications




- Work closely with technical teams to scope and validate solutions
- Support projects from start to finish, through to production deployment
- Track the value generated and the benefits of deployed solutions
- Interact with key stakeholders and streamline project communication

Требования
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis in structured and/or transformation environments (Waterfall)
- Strong analytical, structuring and prioritization skills
- Good understanding of IT environments (data, APIs, SQL or Python is a plus)
- Ability to work in complex environments at the business/IT interface
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a range of contacts (business, IT, xkdbapo stakeholders)
- Autonomy, rigor and results orientation
- French C1 required
- Будет плюсом: Experience in an agile or hybrid environment is appreciated;
Experience collaborating with a PM/BA counterpart is a plus
