The Role

We’re seeking a highly proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our core team. This is a key full-time role requiring local presence to support prototyping, quality assurance, and fast-paced communication with the internal team. You’ll oversee project timelines, workflows, and deliverables while ensuring clear alignment between design, engineering, and client expectations.

What You’ll Do

- Own and manage timelines, scope, and budgets across multiple product development projects.
- Coordinate our internal team (designers, engineers, freelancers) and external stakeholders (vendors, manufacturers).
- Provide on-site support for prototyping quality validation and logistics.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the project's goals, scope, and standards through timely feedback and issue resolution.
- Systematize workflows: identify blockers, optimize processes,



and implement tools that streamline collaboration and delivery.
- Maintain active, real-time communication with local team members to prevent delays.
- Use tools like ClickUp, Miro, and Google Drive to plan, track, and visualize progress.

Who You Are
- 5+ years experience in project management within product design, engineering, or hardware development.
- Based in or near Cádiz (or willing to relocate) with the ability to work onsite as needed.
- Background in industrial design , engineering , or product development —this is essential.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes , hardware cycles , and prototyping workflows .
- Fluent in English;
Spanish proficiency is a must for local communication.
- Comfortable with Agile/Lean principles and working in fast-paced environments.
- Able to take initiative, make independent decisions, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experienced with remote team collaboration, while maintaining strong local engagement.
