OverviewIn this role, you will configure and optimize the Cytora deployment to support data-driven risk insights across Zurich units.
You'll collaborate with Cytora, IT, and data teams to embed AI outputs into workflows and underwriting processes.
You'll calibrate AI models to Zurich's risk appetite, ensure data quality, and promote responsible AI usage.
This position sits at the intersection of underwriting, data, and IT within Zurich's Technology Delivery Center, offering impact at scale and cross-functional learning.

ResponsabilidadesConfigure and maintain Cytora deployment for data ingestion and model performance across lines of business
Collaborate with Cytora, IT, and data engineering teams to integrate risk insights into Zurich systems
Calibrate AI models to align with underwriting appetite and risk framework
Translate business needs into data specifications and adapt configurations, prompts, and data schemas for country specifics
Support new implementation projects and maintain data schemas capturing relevant business information




Monitor accuracy and impact of Cytora AI models
Improve data quality, enrichment processes, and feature engineering with data teams
Promote continuous improvement and ensure AI use aligns with Responsible AI principles
Coordinate with underwriting, data, and IT to align AI outputs with use cases
Provide training and guidance to underwriters and analysts on Cytora capabilities
Contribute to Zurich AI adoption strategy and integral best practices in digital underwriting
Requisitos principalesBachelor's degree in a related discipline
At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Insurance Operations or Data Analyst role
Interest in AI enablement and hands-on experience with LLMs or AI-driven platforms (e.g., Cytora)
Structured business and data analysis capabilities with problem-solving and business acumen
Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with willingness to test and iterate
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Proficiency in English and at least one additional language
