You will own local payroll processes, support cross-country knowledge sharing, and drive improvements to scale payroll operations.

ResponsabilidadesEvaluate and select payroll software aligned with Deel requirements
Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in your region and trained countries
Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports for tax authorities
Own local payroll and HR processes (deductions, onboarding/offboarding)
Schedule payroll expense collections and reconcile to expenses
Assess and improve rapid-growth processes for compliance




Stay updated on local regulatory changes and communicate impacts
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide payroll/HR expertise in region
Answer complex payroll/HR questions from employees and clients in your region
Requisitos principalesBachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of payroll and HR experience with experience in relevant country
Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills for explaining complex issues
Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Strong proficiency in English
Experience with A3 Innuva payroll system
Experience with implementing new payrolls on recognized payroll solutions
Experience in multiple country jurisdictions is an advantage
Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
