OverviewIn this role you will lead the field service team to deliver timely, high-quality service, guiding technicians and coordinating with cross-functional partners.
You will oversee daily operations, provide technical direction, and drive continuous improvement to boost customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
You will report to the management team from our Monterrey site, on-site.
This position combines hands-on engineering with leadership to shape service delivery in HVAC controls and BAS.

Requisitos principalesBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent field service experience




3–5 years of experience in HVAC controls, Building Automation Systems, field service engineering, Application Engineering or technical service support
Experience commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, BMS and BAS and control platforms (Niagara framework)
Leadership experience in field service or technical service management
Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles related to field service
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Experience with service delivery optimization and driving process improvements
