OverviewIn this role you will drive customer engagement initiatives within a general marketing technology environment.
You will implement and optimize SFMC-driven campaigns, journeys, and data activation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You'll manage end-to-end delivery, troubleshoot issues, and share best practices to continuously improve CRM processes.
This position combines marketing, data, and technology to deliver scalable, personalized communications across markets.
You will join an international Commercial & Marketing Services team to shape impactful customer experiences.
ResponsabilidadesManage and execute CRM and digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Develop, implement, and optimise customer journeys and lifecycle programmes
Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery including briefing, content management, segmentation, deployment, QA, and performance review
Build, test, and optimise personalised communications and multi-step journeys
Perform A/B testing and analyse campaign performance to improve engagement
Create audience segments within Data Cloud and activate them across platforms
Troubleshoot CRM-related issues including data, journeys, automations,



and deliverability
Provide SFMC guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders
Support continuous improvement of CRM processes, templates, tools, and workflows
Contribute to service operations and support activities related to Salesforce Marketing services
Collaborate with marketing, creative, operational, and technology teams
Requisitos principalesMinimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Strong experience with: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Data Cloud (Data 360)
Experience delivering CRM or marketing automation campaigns
Understanding of customer data management, subscriber management, and consent concepts
Experience working within delivery, project, support, or consulting environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent English (C1 level or above)
