OverviewAs Process Center Leader, you will head the process center and lead Purchasing Analysts to support Purchasing and Business across business units.
You will ensure efficient administration, define SOPs with the Purchasing Product Owner, and drive collaboration with stakeholders.
You'll manage the purchasing process, ensure regulatory compliance, and align with finance and IT teams to optimize systems.

ResponsabilidadesSupervise a team of Purchasing Analysts and delegate tasks
Oversee administrative tasks supporting sourcing activities
Develop standard operating procedures based on processes defined by the Purchasing Product Owner
Ensure effective collaboration between the process center and stakeholders
Manage the purchasing process and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Clarify specifications and expectations with key stakeholders
Maintain the Process Center and lead direct management of analysts
Support Product Owner in defining best system




Participate in group projects impacting purchasing processes and systems
Act as central escalation point
Coordinate interactions with the process center and stakeholders
Respect Service Level Agreements and monitor stakeholder satisfaction
Focus on process efficiency and continuous improvement
Requisitos principalesTools usage (SAP, Excel, third party management software)
Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
Proven working experience in a process center
Leadership and cross-functional management
Global mindset and change & team management
English mandatory, French a plus
Multicultural management and ability to work with a remote team
5+ years operational experience in process center
Experience in purchasing & industrial manufacturing sector
