End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end international search processes for mid-to-senior level roles across various sectors. Client Relationship Management: Act as a strategic partner to general corporate clients, understanding their hiring needs and defining recruitment strategies. Sourcing & Assessment: Utilize advanced direct sourcing methodology and AI-driven platforms to map, engage, and evaluate top-tier candidates globally. Process Leadership: Manage negotiations, candidate presentation, client interviews, and offer closings to ensure an outstanding recruitment experience. Experience: Minimum 3 years of solid experience in international talent acquisition (executive search or recruitment agency background preferred).



Language Skills: Spanish & English is mandatory (Native or C1/C2 level). Proficiency in additional languages (French, German or Italian) is highly valued. Recruitment Expertise: Strong track record in direct sourcing, headhunting, and competency-based interviewing across international markets.
