About this role

We are on a mission to build the sharpest and most performance-driven affiliate operation in the crypto iGaming world.

Every deal, every campaign, every traffic source and every relationship has a direct impact on our growth - and how we manage those partnerships determines how much value we get from them.

The Affiliates Manager, is a hands-on role where you'll use data to understand what's working, reactivate and scale opportunities, and build a strong affiliate network across key markets.

You'll also represent Thrill at industry events, building relationships and staying close to what's happening across the affiliate landscape.

Up to the challenge?

- Source and onboard new affiliate partners
- Negotiate CPA, RS, Hybrid, Flat fee deals
- Launch campaigns and coordinate promotional activities




- Monitor traffic quality and partner performance
- Identify opportunities for scaling
- Monitor competitor affiliate offers and market activity
- Attend relevant industry events

What we are looking for?

- 1+ years affiliate experience, preferably iGaming or Crypto
- Existing affiliate network is a strong plus
- Understanding of acquisition funnels
- Understanding of FTD, STD, NGR, CAC, CR, ROAS and LTV
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
