Daily Operations & Maintenance:Deliver daily L3 platform operational support, manage platform capacity, performance, scalability, and optimal resource utilization.Incident & Support Management:Handle L2 escalated tickets, analyze and resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines, and perform initial Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with corrective action recommendations. Support major incidents and service restoration activities.Automation & Improvement:Develop and maintain automation scripts for repetitive tasks, identify recurring issues, and drive continuous service improvements and risk mitigations.Deployment & Documentation:Support deployment, release, and production change activities.
