ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSPERSON with BIM and 3D Modelling Skills – Ibiza

THE BLUE PEARL IBIZA is looking for an Architectural Draftsperson to join our team in Ibiza, supporting the preparation of technical drawings, documentation and 3D models, working closely with our design and construction teams.

The main goal is to ensure the correct execution of our projects, maintaining accuracy, quality and consistency throughout every stage.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Higher Vocational Training in Interior Design, or a similar qualification.

Proven experience in architecture or interior design.

Previous experience working with building installations and technical systems.

Essential software skills: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and editing tools.

- BIM Methodology (Revit, Archicad BIM, Navisworks, etc.)

Intermediate to advanced English and fluency in Spanish.





Ability to work in a structured and organised way, coordinate with the team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills, with a proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Currently living in Ibiza or available to relocate immediately.

Responsibilities:

Actively participate in the design and development of high-end interior design projects.

Develop spatial concepts, material selections and construction details.

Prepare technical and installation drawings.

Create 3D models of spaces and construction elements.

Integrate BIM workflows to improve project coordination and management.

Provide technical support and follow up during the construction phase.
