Most risk PM roles involve looking after a scoring model someone else built years ago. This one doesn't.

Our client is a high-growth European fintech expanding beyond its core offering into lending, deposit products, and merchant payments. Every one of those launches depends on answering the same questions quickly and confidently: should we approve this customer, and on what terms?

Today, those decisions are spread across multiple systems. They're investing in a single platform that every product team can rely on, and they're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the journey.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead a cross-functional team of engineers, machine learning specialists, and risk experts, owning the decisioning layer end-to-end, from vision and strategy through to execution and adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing a shared risk and eligibility platform that enables new products to launch without creating operational bottlenecks.
- Building scalable decisioning capabilities used across multiple products and customer journeys.
- Translating complex regulatory, data, and risk requirements into reusable services, workflows, and APIs.
- Running experiments and measuring the impact of platform improvements on revenue, losses, approval rates, and customer experience.
- Evolving risk intelligence capabilities while maintaining the reliability of existing decisioning systems.
- Influencing senior stakeholders through data, insight, and a clear product vision.
- Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Risk, and Operations teams to drive adoption across the business.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

- You’ve owned a decisioning, scoring, risk, credit,



underwriting, or eligibility product end-to-end.
- You’ve been responsible for the roadmap, strategy, rollout, and performance of a product that determines customer outcomes.
- You think in platforms, systems, dependencies, and reusable capabilities rather than standalone features.
- You’re comfortable working with model performance metrics, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
- You can challenge Engineering, Data Science, and Risk stakeholders with evidence and sound product judgement.
- You’ve operated in a regulated, fast-moving environment and enjoy the complexity that comes with it.
- You’re hands‑on, highly collaborative, and use AI to enhance how you work.

- Your work had a measurable impact on growth, customer conversion, operational efficiency, and risk outcomes.
