About the Role

Our client, a boutique recruitment consultancy based in León, Guanajuato , is seeking a versátil and results-oriented Personnel Selection Consultant . This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work on a contract basis, providing expert recruitment services to a variety of clients. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong relationships, source effectively, and deliver high-quality results independently. It's an ideal opportunity for experienced recruiters looking for project-based work with the flexibility of a remote setup. You will be a key partner to our clients, helping them build strong teams by finding the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned job openings.
- Source candidates using various online platforms, databases, and networking strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed feedback and insights.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.




- Negotiate job offers and support the onboarding process as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

Requirements

- Proven experience in recruitment and selection, ideally within a consulting or agency environment.
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract qualified candidates for various roles.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
