This is a full-time position from our beautiful offices in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon or remotely anywhere in the world.
More than content. For our clients, it means a self-learning AI that serves them through psychology and coaching, and gets better at helping each person change with every interaction.
You won’t just use AI tools: you’ll help design the agents, loops and feedback systems that make Paradox learn faster than anyone else.
You’re the architect bringing clarity between vision and execution, the person who turns “we should build this” into “it’s live, here’s the data and tangible impact.”
Going from a successful personal brand, to an international tech-driven iconic brand, is far from easy. Connect data to business KPIs, know how your product drives lifetime value, not just engagement.
Help marketing leverage this data to fuel authentic,



evidence-based storytelling — showing the world what real transformation looks like.
3–6 years as a Product Manager / Product Owner in EdTech, SaaS, or Consumer Tech.
~ Bonus: experience in AI-driven products, learning design, or personal development platforms.
~ Uses Figma comfortably, prototypes directly.

Digital & AI savvy : you’re able to build AI Agents (if not, you demonstrate ability to learn while applying).
You can move from vision to spreadsheet to Figma
French : native
English : Fluent English, you can hold a conversation on specific details with English-speaking colleagues.
