As Head of Executive Search, your mission is to personally deliver critical leadership hires while building, coaching, and inspiring a small team of exceptional executive recruiters. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and Board, combining hands-on execution with strategic leadership to raise the bar for senior talent globally. - Personally lead and execute end-to-end executive searches for the most critical C-level, VP,



and Director roles, from role scoping to offer acceptance
- Build, lead, and coach a high-performing team of 3-4 executive recruiters, setting clear standards for quality, pace, and candidate experience
- Partner closely with the Executive Team, Board members, and senior leaders as a strategic advisor on executive hiring, leadership capabilities, and succession planning
- Balance hands-on delivery with team leadership, prioritizing roles, allocating searches, and stepping in where impact is highest
