We are looking for a Senior Tech Product Manager to join our AI Innovation Team in Barcelona , supporting Life Sciences & Healthcare (LS&H;) products. This role sits within our central AI Innovation function, driving how AI capabilities are defined, standardized, and delivered across the portfolio. As AI initiatives continue to scale rapidly across R&D;, Commercial, and MedTech, you will work closely with product teams to embed AI into customer-facing solutions. This is an internally facing role, advising product managers and leading technical product areas—such as the AI Platform—to enable scalable, high-impact AI features. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or related technical field, or relevant equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management within technology-driven environments, ideally involving data products.
- Experience in Life Sciences, with strong domain expertise to effectively translate industry needs into high-value AI solutions.
