About the opportunity Job Ref ID: JR0087550 As a Fraud & Risk Project Manager, you will play a key role in safeguarding Glovo’s platform by designing, scaling, and managing strategic fraud prevention initiatives across all operational touchpoints. You will leverage data-driven problem solving to analyze complex risk vectors, while actively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and consolidating country-level requirements to build robust fraud prevention roadmaps. By prioritizing initiatives based on financial impact and risk exposure, you will drive key projects that effectively balance fraud loss reduction with optimal user conversion rates and seamless operational experiences. A key part of the role will be bringing structure and clarity to a complex environment, where multiple initiatives,



stakeholders and priorities are running in parallel. Be a part of a team where you will:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of strategic anti-fraud projects, tools, and operational processes across multiple regions and markets.
- Analyze complex fraud vectors, emerging patterns, and financial impact to identify platform vulnerabilities across customer, courier, and partner operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to design and deploy automated risk rules and detection systems.
