Eager to learn, grow, and bring technical rigor to the adoption and implementation of corporate software.Skills and Aptitudes: Analytical skills for testing and understanding software functionalities. Communication skills for effective interaction with development teams and incident resolution. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and training).
