Job Description:

- Manages construction activities across Transmission, Distribution, and Substation projects, including streetlight replacements, pole replacements, automation device installations, 38kV structure upgrades, transformer/breaker replacements, associated P&C; work,



and substation tasks such as ground grid repairs.
- Supervises supervisors (T&D;, Substation, Safety) and field employees by directing work planning, assignments, and workforce decisions that comply with company practices and procedures.
- Ensures effective daily department operations by managing staff, optimizing workflows, aligning team goals with organizational priorities, and guiding supervisors, superintendents, and general foremen through mentorship and performance support to strengthen project execution capabilities.
