We are seeking a Customer Success Account Manager (CSA) - Security Identity to help enterprise customers deploy, secure, and optimize Microsoft identity solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will drive adoption, governance, security, and operational excellence across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Hybrid Identity, and Zero Trust environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer engagements focused on identity and access management.
- Design, implement, and optimize solutions using Entra ID, Active Directory, Entra Connect, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and PIM.
- Conduct workshops, architecture reviews, security assessments, and migration projects.
- Support Zero Trust initiatives, MFA, passwordless authentication, access reviews, and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, federation, and access management issues.
- Partner with Microsoft teams and customer stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Required Experience

- 5+ years in Identity & Access Management.
- Experience managing enterprise Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
- Strong customer-facing consulting, support, or Customer Success background.

- SC-300, SC-100, AZ-104, AZ-305
