Hello! At Factorial, we’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help us turn our Partners into real growth engines in the Spanish market. You’ll join the team responsible for building Factorial’s partner-generated pipeline across Spain , working hand-in-hand with a portfolio of strategic partners to unlock new business opportunities, accelerate revenue and build repeatable growth. This is not a role where you simply execute or plan Marketing campaigns. You’ll own the Generation Plan of your partners : understanding where the opportunity is, finding the gaps in the funnel, building the right GTM plays and making sure those initiatives translate into pipeline and revenue. You’ll work at the intersection of Demand Generation, Marketing, Sales & Partnerships ,



combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. One day you might be designing a joint GTM plan with a strategic partner; the next, analysing pipeline performance, launching an outbound play or testing a new AI-powered growth initiative.
