We are looking for a IT & Digital Management Intern in Madrid to support the technical assistance activities of diverse corporate departments and to optimize internal processes. You will work closely with business and IT teams,



providing support for critical corporate applications and contributing to projects that enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience across the organization. Responsabilities

- Provide functional and operational support for applications used by corporate functions such as Human Resources, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Communications, and ESG.
- Manage and monitor incidents and service requests received through My Portal/ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Act as a key liaison between end users, internal teams, and external vendors to coordinate issue resolution and sys]]>
