The Community Program Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing our C-level executive communities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of executive-level engagement and community management. The adecuado candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a strong ability to foster relationships, and a passion for creating impactful experiences for our members. Requirements: Community Engagement and Management:

- Execute on C-level community and Gartner best practices to recruit, engage, and retain C-level executives.
- Foster strong relationships with community member executives, understanding their needs and priorities and ensuring their active participation.
- Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing among community members.





Program Development and Execution:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of community programs.
- Be responsible for all client-facing aspects of in-person and virtual programs, including communicating with C-level executive members and sponsors.
- Travel to in-person programs an average of 4 times a year, serving as host or MC for in-person programs, which does include some public speaking in front of a live audience.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional ]]>
