What will your challenges be?

- Manage completely the operational aspects to ensure a smooth order-to-cash process for Key accounts and affiliates that might require support
- Lead and oversee Key Account claim resolution, ensuring Contact center is able to resolve all claims
- Monitor performance of order-to-cash operations with Key Accounts
- Collaborate with ISDIN internal teams to ensure excellent operational and ]]>
