The Global Medical Training Specialist , within the Global Medical Training and Field Capabilities organisation, will support the design, delivery and execution of high-quality learning and development initiatives for integral and local medical teams. Working with therapeutic area and functional partners, you will translate learning needs into practical, engaging and compliant training solutions, coordinate delivery and continuously improve learner impact. Digital tools, including AI, will be used as a workbench to accelerate content development, strengthen learning design and improve efficiency, while business needs, learner experience and training quality remain the primary focus.





You will be responsible for the following:

- Learning needs and planning: Partner with therapeutic area and functional stakeholders to identify learning needs, clarify outcomes and build practical delivery plans aligned with medical priorities.
- Learning design: Design engaging, audience-appropriate learning experiences and materials using adult learning and instructional design principles across live, virtual and self-directed formats.
