At ING we are looking for a Finance Budget Partner Your role and work environment: We are looking for a Finance Budget Partner to help us in our ambition to support the Bank’s growth and diversification achieving commercial and financial targets, while ensuring that we build towards the overall strategy T2D. You are the key representative from the Finance department in a cross-functional team with colleagues from business, operations and IT to contribute to the control of our expenses and have an impactful partnership with all our stakeholders. This means you fully understand the expenses and capacity budget of the bank and use this to proactively propose and promote ideas to optimize resources and investments across the bank and bring our strategy into execution.



In this role you are part of a small team (6 FTE) in the Management Accounting area, within the finance function. This will grant you with a dynamic environment, growth potential and the possibility to have real impact. You will receive close support and attention from your manager in the delivery of your duties and your professional development.
