About the Job We are seeking a Strategy & Transformation Communications Intern to join our Integral Communication and Reputation team at Allianz Technology.

What you do

- Support Strategic Communications: Assist in the development and execution of strategic communication plans aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Campaign Creation: Collaborate with the Global Communication and Reputation team to design and implement creative employee engagement campaigns using various communication channels.
- Content Development: Contribute to content creation for internal communications, including newsletters, social media posts, and visual communication materials.
- Visual Communication:



Utilize visual communication tools to create engaging and informative content that supports our engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of engagement campaigns with broader organizational goals.
- Monitor and Analyze : Track the effectiveness of engagement campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
