Hello! At Factorial we're looking for a new Business Analyst to help us scale our SDR organization across Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Germany. As part of the team supporting SDR leadership, you'll be in charge of forecasting , pipeline reporting , and cross-functional execution across our five markets.

About the team

Our SDR organization drives inbound and outbound pipeline generation across five European markets, working closely with our Excellence team on process and enablement to keep raising the bar on performance. This role is the operational backbone that keeps that structure running smoothly.

What you'll do

- Forecasting & Reporting: Partner with SDR leadership on forecasting, pipeline accuracy,



and performance reporting across all five markets.
- KPIs & Dashboards: Design and maintain KPIs and dashboards aligned to our pipeline stage definitions.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Lead initiatives to improve SDR process and productivity, partnering with Marketing/Demand Gen and Ops on lead flow and qualification alignment.
- Capacity Planning: Support capacity planning and market coverage modeling across the five markets.
